ThisSingle Malt is aged in three types of cask – bourbon, refill and re-charred. Michael Henry, our Master Blender then brings these casks together to deliver a perfectly balanced single malt.
Fresh green apple, citrus fruits with background notes of malt biscuits.
Orchard fruits and lemon meringue. The deep fruity character is layered with notes of lemon meringue pie, malt biscuits and honey sweetness.
Medium-bodied with soft smoke and lingering spice.
